81א4. סמכות רשם ההוצאה לפועל להפחית ריביות ודמי פיגורים
תיקון: תשע״ט־2, תשפ״ד
רשם ההוצאה לפועל רשאי, מיוזמתו או לפי בקשת החייב ולאחר שנתן לזוכה הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו, להפחית את תוספת הריביות ודמי הפיגורים הנצברים בתיק ההוצאה לפועל, ובלבד שריבית הבסיס כהגדרתה בסעיף 69ב2 וריבית לפי סעיף 2(א) לחוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה לא יופחתו אלא מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
