114. זכותו של בעל הבית בדמי מפתח
בעל הבית זכאי לארבעים אחוזים מהסכום העולה בחלקו של דייר המחלק עם דייר משנה יוצא בדמי־מפתח שניתנו מאת דייר משנה מוצע, או בשבילו; לא יקבל דייר המשנה המוצע החזקה במושכר אלא לאחר ששולמו לבעל הבית האחוזים האמורים או שהושלשו לזכותו.
