131. רישום נאמן במרשם בעלי המניות
תיקון: תשס״ה
(א)בעל מניה שהוא נאמן ידווח על כך לחברה, והחברה תרשום אותו במרשם בעלי המניות, תוך ציון נאמנותו, ויראו אותו לענין חוק זה כבעל מניה.
(ב)הוראת סעיף קטן (א) לא תחול על בעל מניה כמשמעותו בסעיף 177(1), אלא אם כן חלה עליו חובת דיווח לפי הוראות אחרות בדין.
