21. תוקף השינוי ודיווח
(א)שינוי התקנון, למעט שינויים כאמור בסעיף 40, תקף מיום קבלת ההחלטה על כך בחברה או במועד מאוחר יותר שקבעה החברה בהחלטתה.
(ב)חברה שקיבלה החלטה על שינוי תקנונה, תמסור לרשם את נוסח ההחלטה בתוך ארבעה עשר ימים ממועד ההחלטה.
