352. סעדים
(א)על הפרת זכות המוקנית על פי חוק זה לבעל מניה כלפי החברה או כלפי בעל מניה אחר, או לחברה כלפי בעל מניה, יחולו הדינים החלים על הפרת חוזה, בשינויים המחויבים.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי לגרוע מזכויותיו של בעל מניה לפי כל דין.
