245. בקשה לרשיון
תיקון: תש״ל־9, תשל״ח־4
(א)בקשה למתן רשיון להוראת נהיגה לפי סעיף 16 לפקודה או היתר להוראה עיונית כאמור בתקנות 234(ג) ו־245(ב) או היתר לניהול מקצועי כאמור בתקנה 225(א)(4) תוגש לרשות הרישוי.
(ב)לא יעסוק אדם בהוראה עיונית אלא אם קיבל היתר לכך מאת רשות הרישוי.
