246. סמכויות לבחון
תיקון: תש״ל־9
(א)הבחינות למורים מוסמכים ייערכו על ידי רשות הרישוי או מי שהסמיכה לכך והן יתקיימו במועד ובמקום שקבעה רשות הרישוי.
(ב)כל בחינה יכול שתיערך שלבים שלבים שכל אחד מהם יהיה במועד אחר.
(ג)בעד הבחינות לפי סימן זה ישולמו האגרות המפורטות בחלק ב׳ של התוספת הראשונה.
