295. השימוש ברשיון סחר
תיקון: תשס״ה־19
לא ישתמש אדם ולא ירשה לאחר להשתמש ברשיון סחר אלא למטרות המפורטות בתקנה 293 שצויינו ברשיון ואלא אם הרכב שבו הוא נוהג, נושא עליו את לוחיות זיהוי כאמור בתוספת השלישית.
