497. היתר להעברת רשיון
תיקון: תשמ״ה־4, תשמ״ז, תשמ״ט־2
(א)לא יעביר בעל רשיון שירות את רשיונו לאחר בכל דרך מדרכי ההעברה ולא יעשה בו עסקה אחרת, אלא לפי היתר העברה בכתב מאת הרשות, ובהתאם לתנאיו.
(ב)בעל רשיון להפעלת מונית המבקש להעבירו, וכן המבקש היתר כשירות לקבלת רשיון להפעלת מונית מאחר, יגישו לרשות בקשה להעברת הרשיון בטופס שקבעה ושניתן להשיגו במשרדי הרשות.
(ג)(בוטלה).
