תיקון: תשס״ו־4
נוהג במונית שהותקן בה מונה, יפעיל עם תחילת עבודתו בהסעת נוסעים את המונה במפתח שתוכנתו בו שמו ומספר זהותו, ובסיומה ינעל את המונה במפתח ויוציאו מהמונה.
