509ג. איסור העברת מפתח
תיקון: תשס״ו־4
(א)לא יעביר נהג מונית לאחר את המפתח שבו תוכנתו פרטיו בכל דרך מדרכי ההעברה ולא ירשה לאחר להשתמש בו.
(ב)לא ישתמש נהג מונית במפתח של נהג אחר.
