575. אגרות לרכב פרטי
תיקון: תשמ״ב־6
בעד כניסתו של רכב פרטי לישראל ושהותו בה כאמור בתקנה 572 תשולם אגרה כלהלן:
(1)בעד התקופה הראשונה של שישה חדשים מיום כניסתו לישראל – פטור מתשלום אגרה;
(2)בעד כל תקופה של שלושה חדשים או חלק ממנה, שתבוא לאחר התקופה האמורה בפסקה (1), שבה נשאר הרכב בישראל, תשולם אגרה בשיעור של רבע מאגרת הרשיון השנתית הקבועה בתוספת הראשונה לרכב מאותו סוג.
