10. מסירת מידע לרשות הרישוי
תיקון: תשמ״ג
(א)המשטרה תמסור לרשות הרישוי לפי פקודת התעבורה מידע מן המרשם בדבר כל עבירה הכרוכה בנהיגת רכב ובדבר כל עבירה של בעל רשיון נהיגה הנוגעת לשימוש בסם מסוכן או להחזקת סם מסוכן לצורך שימוש בו (להלן – עבירת סמים); בסעיף זה, ”סם מסוכן“ – כהגדרתו בפקודת הסמים המסוכנים [נוסח חדש], התשל״ג–1973;
(ב)המשטרה תמסור לרשות הרישוי לפי פקודת התעבורה, לפי בקשתה, מידע מן המרשם על עבירת סמים שעבר מבקש רשיון נהיגה.
