8. ניהול רשימת מצאי
(א)הנהלת מוזיאון תערוך רשימת מצאי של כל המוצגים הנמצאים ברשותו של המוזיאון ובה יירשמו הפרטים האמורים בתקנה 6(ב), לגבי כל מוצג.
(ב)רשימת מצאי תיערך מדי שמונה שנים; רשימת המצאי הראשונה תוכן בידי הנהלת המוזיאון תוך שלוש שנים מיום שהוכרז עליו כעל מוזיאון מוכר והעתק ממנה יוגש למנהל.
