38. טיפול עוקב
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)מי ששוחרר ממעון או ממעון נעול בתום התקופה שקבע בית המשפט לנוער לפי הוראות פרק ה׳, יעמוד תחת השגחתו של קצין מעקב שנה אחת מיום שחרורו או במשך תקופה ארוכה יותר שקבע הממונה על המעונות.
(ב)מי ששוחרר ממעון או ממעון נעול לפי החלטת ועדת שחרורים לפי סעיף 36 יעמוד תחת השגחה כאמור שנה אחת או עד תום התקופה שקבע בית המשפט להחזקתו, הכל לפי התקופה הארוכה יותר.
