39. תפקיד קצין מעקב וציות להוראותיו
(א)קצין מעקב ישמור על הקשר עם כל מי שנמצא בטיפולו, ויתן את דעתו, בין השאר, למקום ולתנאים של מגוריו, ללימודיו, לעבודתו ולבילוי זמנו הפנוי.
(ב)מי ששוחרר ממעון או ממעון נעול לפי סעיף 38(ב) חייב לציית להוראות קצין המעקב בענינים האמורים בסעיף קטן (א) עד תום התקופה שקבע בית המשפט להחזקתו.
