40. משך טיפול עוקב
(א)על אף האמור בסעיף 38, טיפול עוקב ייפסק לאחר שמלאו לאדם עשרים ואחת שנה.
(ב)טיפול עוקב במי שמשרת שירות סדיר בצבא־הגנה לישראל יהיה בהתאם לפקודות הצבא, כמשמעותן בחוק השיפוט הצבאי, תשט״ו–1955.
