בתקנות אלה –
”המוסד“ – כמשמעותו בחוק הביטוח הלאומי [נוסח משולב], תשכ״ח–1968;
”רופא מוסמך“, ”פוסק רפואי“ ו”מזכיר“ – כמשמעותם בתקנות הביטוח הלאומי (קביעת דרגת נכות לנפגעי עבודה), תשט״ז–1956 (להלן – תקנות הביטוח).
