12ג. חובת גילוי נאות
תיקון: תשס״ב, תשס״ו
השר, לאחר התייעצות עם הממונה כהגדרתו בחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א–1981, יקבע בתקנות חובה על נותן שירותי סוכנות נסיעות לגלות מידע בכל ענין הנוגע לשירותים שהוא נותן, ורשאי הוא לקבוע מהו ענין מהותי לענין סעיף 13(ה); בתקנות כאמור יקבע השר את פרטי המידע אשר יש חובה לגלותם, וכן את דרכי העמדת המידע לרשות הציבור.
