212. החלת הוראות על בחירות חוזרות
תיקון: תשנ״ז־2, תשע״ט
הוראות סימנים ה׳ עד ז׳ לפרק זה, בשינויים המחויבים, יחולו על בחירות חוזרות לראשות המועצה; ואולם על אף האמור בסעיף 190, שעות ההצבעה בבחירות חוזרות יהיו כאמור בסעיף 9(ה) לחוק הבחירה הישירה.
