מתקיימות בחירות חוזרות לגבי מועמד יחיד כאמור בסעיף 211(א), יהיה פתק ההצבעה בעד המועמד פתק כאמור בסעיף 184(א), ופתק הצבעה נגדו יהיה פתק ריק בצבע ירוק.
