נפסל אדם בידי בית משפט לפי הוראות פקודת התעבורה, מלהחזיק ברישיון נהיגה, רשאי בית המשפט לפסול את אותו אדם גם מלהחזיק ברישיון לנהיגת רכבת מקומית, בתקופת תוקפה של הפסילה מהחזקה ברישיון הנהיגה ברכב, כולה או חלקה.
