תיקון: תשע״א־2
היה לפקיד רכבת יסוד סביר לחשד כי נוסע ברכבת מקומית עבר בפניו עבירה לפי פקודה זו, רשאי הוא לדרוש מאותו נוסע להזדהות לפניו במסירת שמו ומענו ולהציג לפניו תעודת זהות או תעודה רשמית אחרת המעידה על זהותו, ולרשום את פרטי הנוסע.
