2. תפקידי הלשכה
תיקון: תשס״ט־2, תש״ע
הלשכה –
(1)תרשום מתמחים, תפקח על התמחותם ותבחנם;
(2)תסמיך עורכי דין על ידי קבלתם כחברי הלשכה;
(2א)תנהל מרשם של עורכי דין זרים, בהתאם להוראות לפי פרק שמיני א׳;
(3)תקיים שיפוט משמעת לחבריה, לעורכי דין זרים הרשומים במרשם כאמור בפסקה (2א) ולמתמחים;
(4)תיתן סעד משפטי למעוטי אמצעים שאינם זכאים לכך מהמדינה לפי חוק;
הכל בהתאם לחוק זה.
