אדם כשיר להיות עורך דין אם נתקיימו בו אלה:
(1)הוא בעל השכלה משפטית גבוהה;
(2)עבר תקופת התמחות;
(3)עמד בבחינות הלשכה,
הכל לפי המפורט בפרק זה.
