77. הודעה על הרשעה בפלילים
בית משפט ובית דין צבאי שהרשיע עורך דין בשל עבירה פלילית ימציא ללשכה, באמצעות היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, העתק מפסק הדין; שר המשפטים רשאי לקבוע, בצו, סוגי עבירות שלגביהן לא יחול סעיף זה.
פורסם צו לשכת עורכי הדין (עבירות לגביהן לא יחול סעיף 77 לחוק), תשכ״ח–1967.
