עורך דין שהתנה או קיבל שכר טרחה בניגוד לסעיפים 82 עד 85, אשם בעבירת משמעת; אולם אין בהפרת הסעיפים 84 או 85 כדי לשלול ממנו שכר ראוי בעד השירות.
