65סג. הסמכה להתקין תקנות לפי חוק החברות שהוחלה לעניין פרק זה
תיקון: תשע״ה
(א)בכל עניין בפרק זה שהוחלה לגביו הוראה מחוק החברות הכוללת הסמכה להתקין תקנות בידי השר, יחולו התקנות שהותקנו לפי חוק החברות כאמור, בשינויים המחויבים, ואולם השר רשאי להתקין תקנות מיוחדות לגבי פרק זה, בעניין שלגביו הוסמך כאמור.
(ב)תקנות לפי פרק זה טעונות אישור של ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת.
