66. שותפות רשומה היא תאגיד
(א)שותפות רשומה לפי פקודה זו היא תאגיד, ויכולה לתבוע ולהיתבע בשמה הרשום.
(ב)סעיף זה יחול על תובענות שבין השותפות לחבריה או שבין שותפויות שיש להן חבר משותף והן מנהלות עסקים בישראל; אולם בתובענות אלה לא יינתן צו הוצאה לפועל בלי רשות מבית המשפט שדן בתובענה, ואם הוגשה בקשת רשות כאמור, רשאי בית המשפט להורות על עריכת חשבונות וחקירות וכל הוראה אחרת שיראה לצודק.
