9. רישום שינויים
(א)אם תוך תקופת השותפות חל שינוי באחד הדברים שחובה לרשמם לפי הוראות סעיף 7, תישלח לרשם בדואר או תימסר לידו, תוך שבעה ימים, הודעה חתומה בידי השותפות ובה תפורש מהות השינוי.
(ב)הופרה הוראת סעיף זה, דינו של כל שותף, למעט שותפים מוגבלים – קנס 15 לירות לכל יום שבו נמשכה העבירה.
