19. תחילה ותחולה
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה ארבעה חודשים מיום פרסומו.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), הוראות סעיפים 7 עד 14 יחולו גם על חוזה הלוואה שנחתם לפני תחילתו של חוק זה ושלא חלות לגביו הוראות סעיף 15, ושעל פיו עולה שיעור העלות הממשית של האשראי או שיעור ריבית הפיגורים על כפליים השיעור המרבי המותר על פי סעיפים 5 או 6.
