3. רישום נשואין
הרשות הרושמת תרשום כל נשואין בשעת סדור הקידושין בכתבה את הפרטים הבאים בארבע העתקות שכל אחת ואחת מהן תהא חתומה בחתימת ידה ובחותמתה של הרשות הרושמת –
(א)השם, הגיל, משלח היד, העדה ומקום מגוריהם של הבעל והאשה;
(ב)השם, משלח היד ומקום מגוריהם של ההורים;
(ג)השם ומשלח היד של העדים;
(ד)תאריך הנשואין ומקום הנשואין.
