4. מה יעשה בהעתקות של כל רישום נשואין
תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ח־2
אשר לארבע ההעתקות של כל רישום נשואין, חייבת הרשות הרושמת –
(א)לשמור אחת בפנקס הרישום;
(ב)לשלוח אחת למשרדו של הממונה על אותו המחוז [במקור: מושל אותו המחוז] בסוף כל חדש;
(ג)למסור העתקה אחת לבעל והעתקה אחת לאשה תמורת תשלום של מאה פרוטה לכל העתקה.
