הממונה על המחוז ישלח לרשם הזוגיות כהגדרתו בחוק ברית הזוגיות לחסרי דת, התש״ע–2010, מדי חודש, הודעה על נישואין שנרשמו באותו מחוז במהלך החודש שקדם לו.
