68. עבירות
[55]
(א)אדם שמסר במזיד לאדם המחליט בענין זכויותיו לפי חוק זה ידיעה כוזבת באותו ענין, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים.
(ב)אדם אשר במרמה או ביודעין, על ידי העלמת פרטים שיש להם חשיבות לענין, גרם למתן גימלה או להגדלתה, בין שהגיעה לידו ובין שהגיעה לידי אחר, דינו – מאסר שנתיים.
(ג)הוראות סעיף זה אינן גורעות מאחריותו הפלילית של אדם לפי כל חיקוק אחר.
