110סז. תקופות שלא יבואו במניין תקופת שירות ביטחון
תיקון: תשס״ח־2
תקופת מאסר או מחבוש שנשא סוהר שהוא יוצא צבא בשירות סדיר, או תקופה שבה נעדר מן השירות שלא כדין ושעליה נידון, לא תבוא במניין תקופת השירות שהוא חייב בה לפי חוק שירות ביטחון, אלא אם כן ניתנה הוראה אחרת מאת דן יחיד, בית דין או בית משפט.
