110ע. מות סוהר
תיקון: תשס״ח־2
(א)נפטר סוהר, ייפסק כל הליך משמעתי נגדו.
(ב)היה ערעור מטעם הנאשם תלוי ועומד ונפטר הנאשם, רשאי בית הדין לערעורים להרשות שהדיון יימשך, ולקבוע כי בן משפחתו, יורשו, מבצע צוואתו או מנהל עזבונו ימשיך בערעור במקום הנאשם.
