70. בתי סוהר ארעיים
רשאי הנציב באישור השר להורות על מתן מחסה ומשמורת בטוחה בבית סוהר ארעי לאסירים שלדעתו אין לשכן אותם שיכון נוח בבית סוהר קיים או שמחמת מחלה מידבקת או סיבה אחרת רצוי להורות כאמור; דין בית סוהר ארעי כדין בית סוהר לפי פקודה זו.
