71. מינוי מבקרים רשמיים
תיקון: תשל״ד
(א)שר המשטרה ימנה מבקרים רשמיים לבתי סוהר.
(ב)מינוי כאמור יכול שיהיה לבית סוהר מסויים או לחלק ממנו או לסוגי בתי סוהר ויכול שיהיה כללי.
