86. התפטרות סוהר
תיקון: תשמ״ח־2
(א)סוהר לא יתפטר מן השירות אלא אם כן נתן לנציב הודעה על כך שלושה חדשים מראש; לא עשה כן – יראוהו כנעדר מן השירות ללא רשות.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), רשאי הנציב, לבקשת סוהר, להתיר לו לפרוש מהשירות אף אם לא חלפו שלושה חדשים ממועד מתן ההודעה.
