34. הכרעה במחלוקות
טען צרכן או מי שמבקש להיות צרכן כי בעל רישיון אינו מקיים את הוראות סעיפים 10(ג), 31, 32(ה) או 33, רשאי הוא לפנות למנהל שיכריע במחלוקת; המנהל יעביר למועצה העתק מן הפניה לא יאוחר מ־5 ימי עסקים מיום קבלת הפניה, והמועצה רשאית בתוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת ההעתק לקבוע כי ההכרעה במחלוקת תיעשה על ידי המועצה או ועדת משנה שתמנה לענין זה, במקום המנהל.
