37. מונה במעבר בין מערכות ובינן לבין הצרכן
(א)בכל נקודת מעבר בין מערכת הולכה לבין רשת חלוקה או מיתקן גז של צרכן יתקין בעל רישיון ההולכה מונה למדידת כמות הגז העובר ממערכת ההולכה לרשת החלוקה או למיתקן הגז של הצרכן, וכן מיתקן להפחתת לחץ אם הדבר דרוש.
(ב)בכל נקודת מעבר בין רשת חלוקה לבין מיתקן גז של צרכן יתקין בעל רישיון החלוקה מונה למדידת כמות הגז העובר מרשת החלוקה למיתקן הגז של הצרכן, וכן מיתקן להפחתת לחץ אם הדבר דרוש.
