46. ערעור בענין פיצויים
(א)על אף האמור בסעיף 12ב(ד) לחוק התכנון והבניה, בעל הרישיון ובעל הזכויות רשאים, בתוך 45 ימים מיום המצאת החלטת ועדת הערר, לערער על סכום הפיצויים שקבעה הועדה לבית המשפט המחוזי.
(ב)על החלטת בית המשפט המחוזי ניתן לערער ברשות לבית המשפט העליון בשאלה משפטית בלבד.
