47. כניסה למקרקעין
סכסוך על גובה הפיצויים המגיעים לבעל זכות במקרקעין או הגשת תובענה או דרישה לפיצויים, לא יהוו עילה לעיכוב הכניסה למקרקעין, לתפיסת החזקה בהם, או לביצוע עבודות בהם.
