87. איסור הפליה ואיסור התניית שירות
תיקון: תשע״ה
בעל רישיון, מזקק נפט או גורם קשור למזקק נפט, לפי העניין, העושה אחד מאלה, דינו – קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין:
(1)אינו נותן את שירותיו או נוהג בהפליה בניגוד להוראות סעיף 31;
(2)מתנה שירות בניגוד להוראות סעיפים 4(ו)(1) או 33.
