49. עשיית פעולה שיוחדה לנוטריון
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)מי שעושה פעולה מן הפעולות שנתייחדו לפי סעיף 8 לנוטריון בלי להיות מוסמך לכך על פי דין או שרישיונו הותלה לפי סעיפים 39(א)(4), 43א או 44 וטרם חודש –
(1)דינו – קנס 10,000 לירות;
(2)אינו זכאי לשכר בעד הפעולה, ואם שולם שכר – יחזיר אותו למי ששילמו.
(ב)הטוען שהוא מוסמך לעשיית הפעולה, עליו הראיה.
