10. קביעת דרגת נכות
תיקון: תשכ״א, תשס״א, תשפ״ג־2 [10]
(א)ועדה רפואית תקבע מזמן לזמן את דרגת נכותו של נכה.
(ב)דרגות נכות ותקופות תחולתן ייקבעו לפי מבחנים וכללים שיתקין שר הבטחון; במבחנים ובכללים כאמור יבחין שר הביטחון לענין הגדרת סוג הנכות וקביעת דרגת הנכות בין הפרעות נפשיות מכל סוג שהוא לבין הפרעות בתר חבלתיות.
