30. בקשות
תיקון: תשכ״ח [16(א),(ב)]
(א)התובע תגמול לפי חוק זה יגיש בקשה לקצין תגמולים.
(ב)מי שלא הגיש בקשה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) והוא תובע זכות אחרת לפי חוק זה חייב להגיש לקצין התגמולים בקשה להכירו כנכה.
