15. תקנון
המועצות של המוסדות יתקינו, בהתייעצות עם ועדת החינוך והתרבות של הכנסת, כל אחת תוך שנה לאחר הרכבתה, תקנון שיכיל בין השאר הוראו בדבר תקופת כהונתם של החברים ובדבר שינויים בתקנון.
