148. חובת רישוי להובלה או לאחסנה של מזון בטמפרטורה מוגדרת
לא יוביל אדם מזון הטעון הובלה בטמפרטורה מבוקרת ולא יאחסן אדם מזון הטעון אחסנה בטמפרטורה מבוקרת אלא אם כן הוא עומד בדרישות החלות עליו לפי חקיקת המזון ומתקיימות לגביו הוראות חוק זה.
